66 25,4| Also, in those cities and places where the parish churches
67 25,4| possible, in those cities and places where there are no parish
68 25,4| vacant, the Chapter, in those places where the duty of receiving
69 25,4| which are met with in some places, more grievous quarrels

79 26,3| excepting also monasteries, or places, in which abbots, generals,
80 26,3| greater jurisdiction over the places, or persons above-named. ~
81 26,3| preserved. ~The holy Synod places under anathema all and singular
82 26,3| as regards the persons, places, and rights thereof, shall
83 26,3| to all, nor common to all places, as It could desire; nevertheless,
84 26,3| to resign; otherwise the places aforesaid held in commendam
85 26,4| of universities and of (places of) general studies, shall
86 26,4| be assigned to the pious places there existing; or by distress
87 26,4| their own churches, the places commonly called hospitals,
88 26,4| hospitals, or other pious places instituted especially for
89 26,4| administration or government of such places be henceforth en-trusted
90 26,4| been bestowed in favour of (places of) general studies, shall
91 26,4| reason of the distance of places, a knowledge of the persons
92 26,4| besides the Ordinaries of the places, may henceforth be committed
93 26,4| ordains, that in whatsoever places, forty years ago, a fourth,

95 26,4| shall be applied to the places aforesaid, but they shall
96 26,4| as far as possible from places consecrated to God, where
97 26,4| the church ; and if those places be held as a fief they shall
