 1  5,2|     shall be made known by their Ordinaries, and be punished with the

12  8,1|       the discretion of the said Ordinaries, which (portion) is to be
13  8,1|      sedulously discharged. ~The Ordinaries of the places shall be bound
14  8,1|  examined, and found fit, by the Ordinaries of the places. And no one
15  8,1|        may be brought before the Ordinaries of the places, and be constrained
16  8,1|         aforesaid. ~CHAPTER XV. ~Ordinaries shall take care that all
17  8,1|        their adminstrators. ~The Ordinaries shall take care that all
18 22,2|          Alms is abolished.- The Ordinaries shall publish indulgences
19 22,2|         at the due times, by the Ordinaries of the places, aided by
20 23,3|          and visited by the said Ordinaries; and not then, unless those
21 23,3|      such wise propounded to all Ordinaries of places, as that, by the
22 23,4|        default, from the nearest Ordinaries. And, besides the things
23 23,4|        shall be consigned to the Ordinaries of those who shall have
24 23,4|      have effect, until the said Ordinaries, as delegates of the Apostolic
25 24,2|        it be in the power of the Ordinaries to constrain them by ecclesiastical
26 24,2| archbishops, primates, and other Ordinaries of places, shall constrain
27 25,3|        to any, It enjoins on all Ordinaries, that they, as soon as possible,
28 25,3|   measure of their guilt, by the Ordinaries of the places, ex officio,
29 25,3|          city or diocese, if the Ordinaries shall think fit, calling
30 25,4|      diligence to be used by the Ordinaries in visiting benefices, even
31 25,4|  privileges, taken away from the Ordinaries, so as to prevent those
32 25,4|        in all things to the said Ordinaries, as delegates of the Apostolic
33 25,4|       taken cognizance of by the Ordinaries, pursuant to the decree
34 25,4|       first instance, before the Ordinaries of the places only; and
35 25,4|          to any others (than the Ordinaries), nor be transferred therefrom;
36 26,3|        from his Institute by the Ordinaries of the places. As to those
37 26,3|         proceeded against by the Ordinaries. ~CHAPTER V. ~Provision
38 26,3|         those promulgated by the Ordinaries,-shall, upon the bishop'
39 26,4|     reviewed and examined by the Ordinaries, as the delegates of the
40 26,4|        cognizance of by the said Ordinaries, as delegates as aforesaid;
41 26,4|        to them also, besides the Ordinaries of the places, may henceforth
42 26,4|  furthermore admonishes both the Ordinaries and all other judges whatsoever
