16 25,4| the bishop, or, if he be hindered, his visitor, shall not
17 25,4| devine law, or if lawfully hindered, it shall be done by those
18 25,4| priests, or, if they be hindered, by others to be deputed
19 25,4| bishop himself, or, if he be hindered, before his Vicar-general,
20 25,4| suppressions be set aside or hindered by any manner of provision
21 25,4| the bishop, or, if he be hindered, by his Vicar-general, and
22 26,3| or, if he be absent, or hindered, his vicar, or some one
