5 24,1| Ecclesiastical hierarchy, and on Ordination. ~But, forasmuch as in the
6 24,1| Synod teaches, that, in the ordination of bishops, priests, and
7 24,1| that, without this, the ordination is invalid: yea rather doth
8 24,1| saith, that order, or sacred ordination, is not truly and properly
9 24,1| one saith, that, by sacred ordination, the Holy Ghost is not given;
10 24,1| is not imprinted by that ordination; or, that he who has once
11 24,1| the Church uses in holy ordination, is not only not required,
12 24,1| not a hierarchy by divine ordination instituted, consisting of
13 24,2| subjects to another bishop for ordination, unless they have been already
14 24,2| they shall, a month before ordination, repair to the bishop, who
15 24,2| has arranged to hold an ordination, all who may wish to be
16 24,2| Thursday before the said ordination, or for such other day as
17 24,2| ordained by others. But the ordination of all these persons shall
18 24,2| conditions required in the Ordination of a Subdeacon and Deacon:
