12 26,3| superinduce any obligation to the observance of any rule, or of any religious
13 26,3|          from their institute and observance, except as to the power
14 26,4|         to Regulars where regular observance is in force,--shall, after
15 26,4|           princes themselves, due observance to the sacred constitutions
