12 26,4|    nor shall he be induced to grant the said excommunications
13 26,4|    superiors, for a cause, to grant them a dispensation. But
14 26,4|      name entitled, who shall grant a place within their territories
15 26,4|    and church,--will not only grant that to the church her own
