2  1  | succour the tottering cause of Christendom: for as it was to preserve
3  1  |     commonweal; the affairs of Christendom meanwhile fell day by day
4  1  |      soul, that the affairs of Christendom were daily hurrying on to
5  1  |      seek the overthrow of all Christendom. And that this our letter,
6 11,2|     was never second to any in Christendom, in cultivating true religion,
7 22,2|  ordains that, in all parts of Christendom soever, their name and use
8 25,4|      out of all the nations of Christendom, as he shall find persons
9 27  |    sides out of the nations of Christendom, at the said city; together
