3 23,4|    even though confirmed by oath or by any authority whatsoever,

5 26,3| than this, even though upon oath, or in favour of any pious
6 26,3|     renunciation, even upon oath, of this privilege, it shall
7 26,4|   bind themselves by solemn oath to this procedure. And also
