WAYS OF REFOUNDING CHARISM

In the itinerary of refounding the charism of an Institute of Consecrated Life or a Society of Apostolic Life, spirituality occupies a central place. The principal motive is that "refounding" means, above all, "to return seriously to the fundamentals of consecrated life and to its original and essential root..... to live the charism in a meaningful way in the new cultural contexts" in which we are living and working. Always required, like a cement for consecrated life is that we hold on to a spiritual expression of the founder or foundress which gives a special stamp to the life of their followers and characterizes it throughout time and space.

Bringing to mind the itinerary of "refoundation" we followed in my religious Institute after the Council, I can distinguish the following stages and means.
