Ideas for reflection - evaluation of the theme: " the Missio ad gentes in the life of our Institutes "

In the light of the previous clarification, if accepted, I would pint out now several issues with some questions.

Approach to the missio ad gentes on the part of your Order
One can qualify as great, medium, modest, insufficient the availability to missio ad gentes work. Which of these adjectives fits for your Order ? In the rather long existence of our Orders, have there been different approaches to missio ad gentes or different ways of understanding and referring to it ? Which ? What influence has the commitment to missio ad gentes over the Orders today ?
Missio ad gentes and specific charism
What influence had the missio ad gentes activity in the elaboration of the Ordersspecific charism, throughout its history ? What missionary style derives from the Order specific charism ? Is it used in all the missio ad gentes ? What difficulties have been met with ? More specifically, what difficulties do you find in the relation with the local Church in mission ad gentes territories ? Do they understand and respect your charism ? Where the Order has been called to actualise the " plantatio Ecclesiae " did the religious identity suffer from it ( e.g. was there a levelling of the religious, transformed like diocesan priests.) Our Orders include many non ordained brothers. What space is left to them in the mission ad gentes ? Do they find ways to speak of their identity ? Do the Young Churches look on them as second rank religious ? What pastoral or diaconal activities fit your charism better in the missio ad gentes ? Can you easily assume it or are you obliged to renounce to it and to assume ordinary pastoral duties, even less compatible with your charism ? How should we assess the contributions of different cultures to the charism of the Order ? To what extent can we accept different interpretations / updating of the charism on behalf of the different cultures ?
Missio ad gentes and Community life
Community dimension is particularly important in our Orders. Does the missio ad gentes allow, encourage or damage it ? The way the values of " live in brotherhood " are perceived change from one culture to another. What difficulties are created in different missions in realising this value ? Is there a pluralism in the way of understanding brotherhood. Is it positive or negative ? Vita Consecrata insists on saying fraternal life itself is a form of evangelization. It should be true for our Orders above all. Is such form of evangelization feasible or illusory , or too idealistic ? Are there interesting experiences in this field ? One particular activity that characterise our presence in the missio ad gentes territory and that is linked to our fraternal style is interreligious dialogue. What are the possibilities in that field ?
    Missio ad gentes and formation.
The formation of those destined to the mission ad gentes is important. What initiatives have been taken in this regard in our Orders ? What difficulties they meet with ? In realising the Plantatio Ordinis in the mission ad gentes territories what have been the main difficulties ? When leadership in a given territory is transferred from the missionaries to the local people, what are the problems arising ? How are they confronted ? The brothers, devoted to mission ad gentes need an adequate period for " recharging " or ongoing formation. Is such a moment provided ? What programme is offered them? Are there interesting ongoing formation experiences for missionaries ?
