4. Continuous Emergence of Conflicts
Again, we have witnessed a continuous emergence of wars or conflicts that are often "planned" and at the same time the presence of ever clearer affirmations on the need to resolve conflicts through dialogue and political endeavors instead of at the expense of genocide’s and the barbaric killing of vast numbers of human persons.
