In addition, an important pedagogical indication is the one that concerns the psychological conditions that enable this type of choice.  Once, the choice for virginity carried with it an aura of heroism and extraordinariness.  Today, while we are living in times that are not exactly heroic, I do not think it is a good idea to insist on this way of thinking.  Also because the first perspective ends up presenting this option as excessively risky, made up of never-ending  trials, instead of emphasizing the conditions that make it possible and practicable.
