§ 21.

  To our truly beloved sons, the friars of the aforesaid Order of Minors, in so far as in that manner in which the said members of the Order are accustomed to celebrate the feasts and octaves of the other Saints, We concede the faculty to celebrate an office of this kind as a feast of double class and with an octave.
