CHAPTER VIII
OF THE VISITATION WHICH THE PRELATES OUGHT TO MAKE
OF THE BROTHERS AND SISTERS

The Provincial Minister of the Friars Minor, or the Visitor of the same Order to whom he shall commit it, shall visit every year once only in every house with the presence of the seniors. And the Visitation being ended he ought not to enter into the offices or other inward places of the Sisters, and let the Visitor himself never remain alone and separate with any Sister. And the Ministers and Mothers shall tell the Visitor the defects which need correction; and likewise also the other Brothers and Sisters. And if any shall be found incorrigible by the judgment of the discreets of the house, as infectious cattle let them be cast out of the congregation.
