 1 1|       chapters of the Order of Friars Minor of St. Francis by
 2 1|   unanimous consent of all the friars who were heard, that until
 3 1|    precepts of the rule of the Friars Minor (whether they are
 4 1|   whether they are called "the Friars Minor of the body of the
 5 1|   admitted and received by the Friars Observants or of the Observance
 6 2|      condition and rule of the Friars Minor be observed, and that
 7 2|     taken away from individual friars, approving and confirming
 8 2|        observe the rule of the Friars Minor of St. Francis and
 9 2| precept of the religion of the Friars Minor concerning not receiving
10 2|     interposed person, for the Friars Minor of the body of the
11 2|     entirely prohibited to the Friars Minor Observants or of the
12 4|    counsel and assent of three friars, who are or have been provincials
13 6|        which the superiors and friars of the aforesaid Order,
14 7|      Order, and its superiors, friars, and persons whatsoever,
