 1 4 |    Pontiff, We acknowledge the power of God Who often is wont
 2 6 |      obey any law, or fear any power. They call self love liberty,
 3 8 |       others. Nor is there any power mighty enough to bridle
 4 8 |        for it follows that the power of law is broken, and that
