  2   1      |               THOSE Holy Martyrs of God, who loved our Saviour and
  3   1      |          and Lord Jesus Christ, and God supreme and sovereign of
  4   1      |           the Most High and supreme God the glory of their wonderful
  5   1      |         word of truth spoken before God: the deed also which is
  6   1      |             nor feared. The love of God also, and of His Christ,
  7   1      |             enemies. For they loved God, the supreme sovereign of
  8   1      |             overcome by the love of God, and that all terrors and
  9   1      |        separate us from the love of God which is in our Lord Jesus
 10   1, 1   |             his soul by the word of God that his body also was sustained

 21   1, 2   |             them all the terrors of God. He had also the courage
 22   1, 2   |         doctrine of the religion of God to rise up before them like
 23   1, 2   |           worlds ye shall recognise God and the Saviour of all the
 24   1, 2   |           the righteous judgment of God supreme, And when he had
 25   1, 2   |           love not severed from his God; neither was his intellectual
 26   1, 2   |        immediately he received from God, the sovereign of all, a
 27   1, 2   |           forthwith, by the gift of God spake out valiantly, and
 28   1, 2   |             the seed of the word of God into the ears of all men,
 29   1, 2   |       exhorting them all to worship God alone, and lifting up his
 30   1, 2   |         prayers and thanksgiving to God, who worketh marvels and
 31   1, 3   |             rulers of the Church of God only, to compel them to
 32   1, 3   |         desired to wage war against God, the king supreme. And when
 33   1, 3   |            soul acquainted with his God, and because of his piety
 34   1, 3   |         things this brave martyr of God sustained the conflict like
 35   1, 3   |            his religion towards his God, and obtaining the crown
 36   1, 3   | righteousness. And because he loved God, he received, as the meet
 37   1, 3   |       longed for in the presence of God the sovereign of all. And
 38   1, 4   |             him from the martyrs of God as the reward of his service
 39   1, 4   |           the Church of the supreme God and the divine doctrine
 40   1, 5   |            fight as it were against God, and was filled with persecution
 41   1, 5   |            right, to the worship of God. And when he had finished
 42   1, 5   |         purity, and by the power of God which accompanied him, he
 43   1, 5   |            offering of his zeal for God. For when the persecution
 44   1, 5   |         turn away from the one only God of truth, and offer sacrifice
 45   1, 5   |          deliverer, the Saviour and God of all. When then this holy
 46   1, 5   |            then this holy martyr of God had done these things, the
 47   1, 5   |       inflicted upon this martyr of God. And he ordered them to
 48   1, 5   |             his confidence upon his God. And when the governor asked
 49   1, 5   |          within, for a helper, that God who dwelt within him; and
 50   1, 5   |     confession for the testimony of God, publishing by this his
 51   1, 5   |       confessing Christ, that He is God and the Son of God: testifying
 52   1, 5   |            He is God and the Son of God: testifying also that he
 53   1, 5   |        testifying also that he knew God his Father only. When therefore

 65   1, 7   |     spectacle, but that a martyr of God should be cast to wild beasts
 66   1, 7   |          wicked tyrant--a martyr of God was brought forth into the
 67   1, 7   |         together with the martyr of God, and they both received
