 2 3,2|         was done in order that the Catechumens and Penitents who stood
 3 3,3|            etc., primarily for the Catechumens who were about to receive
 4 3,3|          Mystery.~ ~Liturgy of the Catechumens.~The second part of the
 5 3,3|          called the Liturgy of the Catechumens (or the Liturgy of the Word).
 6 3,3|         the faithful, but also the Catechumens (those preparing for Holy
 7 3,3|    proceeded to the Sanctuary. The Catechumens were then commanded to depart
 8 3,3| Constantinople, the Liturgy of the Catechumens was held in a separate place
 9 3,3|          follows the Litany of the Catechumens, referring to that ancient
10 3,3|      ancient class of people — the Catechumens — who were being instructed
11 3,3| Immediately after this Litany, the Catechumens were dismissed, “Depart,
12 3,3|           were dismissed, “Depart, Catechumens! Catechumens, depart!....”
13 3,3|   dismissed, “Depart, Catechumens! Catechumens, depart!....” The institution
14 3,3|          With the Dismissal of the Catechumens, who were not considered
15 3,3|       Liturgy — the Liturgy of the Catechumens — ends.~ ~
