 1 2,7 | symbolizing the brazen serpent lifted up by Moses in the Wilderness,
 2 2,7 |        which symbolizes Christ lifted up on the Cross, and whose
 3 3,2 |   marveling eyes. Our eyes are lifted up to the Lord our God Who
 4 4,2 |        Cross, saying: As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness,
 5 4,2 |      so must the Son of man be lifted up, that whoever believes
 6 4,2 |     and the Patriarch together lifted up the Life-Creating Cross
