7 4,7| offices of Third and Sixth Hours, and the Liturgy (celebration

9 4,9| gifts to Christians.~The Hours, or Hour offices, is the
10 4,9| of prayers recited at the hours which begin each of the
11 8,1| Friday, the so-called “Royal Hours” are read, then follow Vespers

24 8,2| Presanctified.~ ~The Lenten Hours.~ The peculiarity of the
25 8,2| peculiarity of the offices of the Hours in Lent, consists in this,

27 8,2| after the service of the Hours, when the Cross is taken
28 8,2| days, at the Offices of the Hours. From the importance of
