 1 3 | Apostle: “There is no greater joy for me than to hear that
 2 3 |    soul should be filled with joy over the children of~obedience,
 3 9 | repentance for one’s sins and joy over the mercy of God.~
 4 11|  fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness,~
 5 11|     strike the soul with such joy that both will be amazed
 6 11|   depriving~themselves of the joy of holy friendship. Certainly
 7 11|     would understand how much joy the latter obtain for us
 8 12|       upset by them’. Then my joy~(continues the elder) changed
 9 15|      a loss of that spiritual joy~of living which is nourished
10 15|    formerly used to bring him joy, he now carries out impatiently
11 15|    common torment with common joy and~mutual love. If you
12 15|      person immediately pours joy~into his soul and he is
13 17|    not at least a part of the joy you have~given to the other
