 1   2”,7 |   are sealed first with holy myron (more usually called “chrism”

 7   8”,23|   received an application of myron. But, acting on a second
 8   8”,23|     received the seal of the myron, because, according to Theodoret,
 9   8”,23|   not anoint themselves with myron; for he says of them the
10   8”,23|  i.e., anointed with genuine myron) because they were hitherto
11   8”,23|   anoint the holy icons with myron (or chrism oil), nor to
12   8”,23| prayer or any application of myron (or chrism), because, according
13   8”,23|     prayer or application of myron (i.e., holy oil), because
14   8”,23|      are never anointed with myron and never any special prayer
15   8”,23|      need any anointing with myron nor the saying of any special
16   8”,23|  just as the holy chrism, or myron, and other holy things are
