CHAPTER V. Judicial Examination and Inspection
Can. 1582 If, in order to decide a case, the judge considers it opportune to visit some place or to inspect some thing,
the judge, after having heard the parties, is to order it by a decree describing in summary fashion those things which
must be exhibited during the visit or inspection.
Can. 1583 When the visit or inspection has been completed, a report about it is to be drafted.
