 2 24|   administration of the sacraments, may be adequately organized;
 3 24|           relations of the faithful may be regulated according to
 4 24|    Christian life ever more perfect may be sustained, strengthened
 5 26|            in order that the Church may progress in conformity with
 6 26|         Second Vatican Council, and may every day be ever more suited
 7 28|                                 28. May God grant that joy and peace
 8 29|         concerned, in order that it may be observed. ~
