The French translation suggests it is Erectheus, 2 III(8) | difference here with the French translation, which reads more or less " 3 III(8) | Steven / Bude French translation has same reference to Janus, 4 III(9) | this isn't a very good translation, should be looked at by 5 III(9) | Petrushka / corrected the translation to accord with 'detulerunt' - 6 III(11)| dixerit: - Roger / Changed the translation a bit to reflect this; it 7 III(11)| better fits with the French translation, but I'm still not sure 8 XIX(33)| is dative or ablative. My translation would seem to require petentem 9 XIX(33)| insidiatum, not of compressisse. Translation modified accordingly. - 10 XXI(37)| here (see Plautius).
