Chapter

 1 I    |          beneath the yoke of the monastic institution; and when occasion
 2 VI   |     things, hastens to submit to monastic discipline, having been
 3 VI   |       the first rudiments of the monastic life in that same monastery,
 4 XVI  |         might teach the rules of monastic perfection with the authority
 5 XVI  | followers lived according to the monastic rule. Wherefore all the
 6 XVI  |     different ranks, observe the monastic rule in every respect, as
 7 XVI  |      having been educated in the monastic rule, you ought not to keep
 8 XVI  |           he taught the brethren monastic rules both by his life and
 9 XXVI |        observe the severity of a monastic life, amid the turmoil by
10 XXXIX|          those institutes of the monastic life which it has pleased
