Chapter

 1 I   |     Chapter I~In the name of the Lord begins the life of the Friars
 2 I   |   observe the Holy Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ, by living
 3 I   |   obedience and reverence to the Lord Pope Honorius and his canonically
 4 II  |         own things, whatever the Lord will have inspired them.
 5 II  |  according to the command of the Lord Pope, because according
 6 III |      days that follow, which the Lord consecrated with His own
 7 III |          fast, be blessed by the Lord, and let those who do not
 8 III |          the Resurrection of the Lord.~At other times however
 9 III |          exhort my friars in the Lord Jesus Christ, that when
10 V   |        those friars, to whom the Lord gives the grace to work,
11 VI  | confidently, as ones serving the Lord in poverty and humility,
12 VI  |    ashamed [to do so], since the Lord made Himself poor in this
13 VI  |          sake of the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.~And, wherever
14 VIII|         bound in the Name of the Lord to choose another as their
15 IX  |       since a brief word did the Lord speak upon the earth. ~
16 X   |     which they have promised the Lord to observe and which are
17 X   |         exhort the friars in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they
18 X   |        to have the Spirit of the Lord and His holy operation,
19 X   |       and accuse us, because the Lord says, "Love your enemies,
20 XII |      obedience, to seek from the Lord Pope one of the cardinals
21 XII |       and the Holy Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ.~ ~
