Canon 1342

1. As regards real actions, wherever a given thing has been

adjudicated as belonging to the petitioner, if must be handed

over to the petitioner as soon as there is a res iudicata. 2.

If the respondent is to furnish something mobile, to pay money,

or to give or to do something else, the judge in the text of the

sentence, or the executor with personal discretion and prudence

is to set a time limit for fulfilling the obligation, which,

however, is not to be less than fifteen days nor more than six

months.
