Canon 1364

1. The defender of the bond, the advocates of the parties and

the promoter of justice, if intervening in the suit, have the

right: (1) to be present at the examination of the parties, the

witnesses and the experts, with due regard for the prescription

of can. 1240; (2) to inspect the judicial acts even though not

published and to review the documents produced by the parties.

2. The parties cannot assist at the examination mentioned in

1, n. 1.
