Canon 1524

The executor of an administrative act can, with prudent judgment,

substitute another as executor unless such substitution has been

forbidden or the executor has been chosen for personal qualifications, or the person of the substitute has been predetermined; in

these cases, however, the executor may entrust preparatory acts

to another.
