Canon 112

1. The promulgation of laws and the publication of decisions of

the synod of bishops of the patriarchal Church is the competence

of the patriarch. 2. Until the forthcoming synod, the authentic interpretation of laws of the synod of bishops of the patriarchal Church is the competence of the patriarch, having consulted with the permanent synod.
