Canon 359

In order that a cleric already enrolled in some eparchy to be

validly transferred in another eparchy he must obtain from his

eparchial bishop letters of dismissal signed by that same bishop

and at the same time must obtain letters of enrollment signed by

the eparchial bishop of the eparchy in which he wishes to be enrolled.
