Canon 388

Clerics to whom have been granted rights and insignia, which are

connected to dignities conferred upon them cannot use them outside the place where the authority who granted the dignity exercises his authority or upon the granting of the same dignity

written consent was given to use them with no exception, or unless they accompany the authority who had granted the dignity or

represent him or have obtained the consent of the local hierarch.
