Canon 432

A dependent monastery, a house or province of a religious institute of any Church sui iuris, also of the Latin Church, which

with the approval of the Apostolic See is attached to another

Church sui iuris, must observe the prescriptions of this latter

Church, save for the prescriptions of the typicon or statutes

which refer to the internal governance of this religious institute and the privileges granted by the Apostolic See.
