Canon 470

The document certifying that perpetual profession has been made,

signed by the member and by the one who received the profession,

even by delegation, shall be preserved in the archives of the

monastery. The superior of the monastery sui iuris is to notify

as soon as possible the pastor with whom the baptism of the professed is recorded.
