Canon 512

1. A general synaxis, which holds higher authority according to

the norm of the statutes, is to be formed so that representing

the entire order or congregation, it should be a true sign of its

unity in love. 2. Not only provinces and houses, but even

every member can freely send his or her wishes to the general

synaxis in a manner determined in the statutes.
