Canon 535

1. In making any kind of profession, the prescriptions of the

statutes shall be observed. 2. The document certifying that

the profession has been made, signed by the professed member and

by the one who received the profession, even by delegation, shall

be preserved in the archives of the order or congregation. If it

is the case of perpetual profession, the major superior must as

soon as possible notify the pastor with whom the baptism of the

professed is recorded.
