Canon 558

1. The society, its provinces and houses, lawfully erected, are

by the law itself juridic persons according to the norm of can.

423. 2. The administration of goods shall be governed by the

prescriptions of cann. 424, 425, and 516. 3. Whatever members

acquire in respect to the society is acquired for the society;

other property the members retain, acquire and administer in

conformity with the statutes.
