Canon 660

Unless there is a just and reasonable cause, no member of the

Christian faithful may write in newspapers, magazines or periodicals which are accustomed to attack openly the Catholic religion

or good morals; clerics and members of religious institutes moreover need the permission of those spoken of in can. 662.
