Canon 800

1. A man before he has completed his sixteenth year of age and

a woman before she has completed her fourteenth year of age, cannot validly celebrate a marriage. 2. It is within the power of

the particular law of any Church sui iuris to establish an older

age for the licit celebration of marriage.
