Canon 807

1. A person who, with the intention of celebrating marriage

with a certain person, brings about the death of that person's

spouse or one's own spouse, invalidly attempts this marriage.

2. They also invalidly attempt marriage between themselves who

have brought about the death of a spouse through mutual physical

or moral cooperation.
