Canon 931

1. For the validity of a juridic act it is required that it be

placed by a person able and competent to place it, and that it

include those elements which essentially constitute it as well as

the formalities and requisites imposed by law for the validity of

the act. 2. A juridic act correctly placed with respect to its

external elements is presumed to be valid.
