1. The election is to be communicated immediately to the person

elected in writing or in some other legitimate way. 2. Within

eight days of available time after having been notified, the person elected must inform the presiding officer of the group whether or not he or she accepts the election; otherwise the election has no effect. 3. A person elected who does not accept

loses any right deriving from the election and does not regain

any such right by a subsequent acceptance; such a person however,

can be elected again; the group must proceed to a new election

within a month of notification of the non-acceptance.
