Canon 1025

Before taking office, an administrator of ecclesiastical goods is

to: (1) promise before the hierarch or his delegate to conscientiously fulfill his office; and (2) sign an accurate inventory, reviewed by the hierarch, of the ecclesiastical goods committed to his care.
