Canon 1031

1. An administrator of ecclesiastical goods is to present an

annual report on his administration to his own hierarch; any

contrary custom is reprobated. 2. An administrator is to publicly render an account, in the manner provided for by particular

law, of the goods given to the Church, unless the local hierarch

judges that the Church would be harmed by such an account.
