Canon 1131

1. All judicial acts, whether the acts of the case, that is,

those acts which concern the merits of the question, or the acts

of the process, that is, those which pertain to the formal procedure, must be put into writing. 2. The individual pages of the

acts are to be numbered and authenticated with a seal.
