Canon 1179

1. The arbitrated sentence is to be given by majority vote.

2. If the matter allows it, the sentence is to be written by

the arbitrators themselves in the form of a judicial sentence and

signed by each of them; for validity, it is required and it suffices that the majority of the arbitrators sign the sentence.
