Canon 1184

1. The execution of an arbitration sentence may take place in

those instances where a judicial sentence may be executed. 2.

The arbitration sentence shall be mandated for execution either

by the eparchial bishop of the eparchy in which it was given, or

by somebody else, unless the parties have designated another executor.
