Canon 1233

1. When proof by means of witnesses is demanded, their names

and domicile are to be made known to the tribunal. 2. The

items of discussion upon which interrogation of the witnesses is

sought are to be presented within the time limit set by the

judge; otherwise the petition is to be considered as abandoned.
