Canon 1250

1. At the conclusion of the questioning what the notary has put

in writing from the deposition must be read to the witness or the

witness must be given an opportunity to listen to the tape recording of the deposition with the option of adding to, suppressing, correcting or changing it. 2. Finally the acts must be

signed by the witness, the judge and the notary.
